Actual results vary based on individual financial circumstances, including the type of debt, the creditor involved, your ability to fund the program, and other factors.

Debt Settlement — Important Considerations

If you choose to enroll in a debt settlement program through one of our servicing partners, you should be aware of the following risks and considerations before signing any agreement:

State Availability

Debt relief programs offered by our servicing partners are not available in all states. Some states have specific licensing requirements or restrictions on debt settlement or debt relief services. Eligibility depends in part on your state of residence.

Marketing and Lead Generation

Debtrex Solutions operates as a marketing and lead generation platform. We may be compensated by servicing partners when we refer qualified consumers to them. This compensation does not affect the consultations we provide or the recommendations we make about whether a program is appropriate for you.

TCPA Consent

By submitting an assessment form and checking the consent box, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by Debtrex Solutions and its marketing and servicing partners using the phone number and email address you provided, including by means of automatic telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, SMS/text messages, and email. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Becoming or Remaining Current on Payments

The decision to stop or modify payments to your creditors is a personal financial decision. Doing so may have significant consequences, including damage to credit, collection activity, and lawsuits. This decision should be made carefully, with awareness of the risks, and ideally in consultation with a qualified professional.

FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) Compliance

Debtrex Solutions and its servicing partners are required to comply with the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310), including the rule's specific provisions for debt relief services. Before you enroll in any debt relief program over the phone, the program provider must clearly disclose: (a) the amount of time required to obtain the represented results; (b) the amount of money you must save before the provider initiates a settlement; (c) that the program may negatively affect your credit; (d) that creditors may continue collection efforts; and (e) that the provider may not require fees until a debt has been successfully resolved.
